Description
Groud-Up Construction of a 4-story, 90,000 SF Mixed-Use Facility Complete With Creative Office Space, First Floor Retail, and Surface Parking.
A&L Services purchased the above property in 2019, partnering with BB&M Architecture, and Choate Construction Co of Charlotte, the project was transferred to a different investor after completion of the shell, core, and full outparcel construction in 2020. The project was completed in full by 2021.

Description
Exterior building modifications were completed during this project, including hardscapes, structural clading, and exterior lighting upgrades. The new column covers that were added contain multi-color LED lighting and exterior column lighting, which can change colors and scenes for specialized events. The parking deck and building plaza were waterproofed before the installation of the architectural stone pavers. This project occurred around an occupied office tower, hotel, and city street with no disruptions to the surrounding areas.
A&L Services was hired by the property owner to work with INTEC Group, and DPR Associates in 2020. As general contractor of this project, A&L is proud to have delivered the solution to our client, Crescent Communities LLC, who is more than happy with the results.
