Andrew S. Derderian, ChFC®,

President
Andrew Derderian is a native of Charlotte, he founded A&L Services. Andrew has many years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, and development. He is a Certified Property Manager®, and a Chartered Financial Consultant®. Andrew resides in the South Charlotte- Ballantyne area.
Andrew is involved in a number of community organizations, including the Boy Scouts, and the American Legion, where he serves on the National Committee. Andrew serves on the Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Association, as a board member, he is also a member of the Charlotte-mecklenburg Board of Education Advisory Committee. Andrew is a long-time member of St. Sarkis Church in Charlotte.

Wayne Welborn has lived in Charlotte for over 50 years. With over 45 years of executive experience in the real estate and financial industries, he co-founded A&L Services. Wayne has a BA in Economics and an MBA from Guilford College (1964). He also has a JD from UNC Chapel Hill (1967). Holding many real estate, legal, and financial licenses, he is a true asset to our team. Wayne is a well-seasoned executive, serving the Charlotte community at his best.
Wayne is involved in many local community organizations. He is a member of the Board of Elders of Calvary Church, and he serves on the Charlotte Bridge Players Association Board of Directors.
Elaine S. Carson
South Charlotte Office Manager
Elaine has been with A&L Services for over 4 years. She has a BSBA in Management and an MS in Communications & Digital Media from Georgia Tech. (2009). Elaine’s knowledge and expertise in computer telephony and office administration has led the company’s team to great success. Elaine is a valuable asset to A&L Services. She serves as the volunteer Director of Youth Ministry at Calvary Church. Elaine is a member of the Foundation For The Carolinas, where she serves on the board of directors as secretary.
Allen M. Woodward
Director of Property Services
Allen “Al” Woodward joined A&L Services in 2021 and assists with contract preparation and other general brokerage duties, as well as accounting. He served in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966 and is a member of American Legion Post 458. Al received an MS in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut (1970), and shortly after received his designation as a Certified Public Accountant. Al moved here from New Jersey in 1986 with Royal Insurance where he worked for 32 years. Al is a long-time member of Quail Hollow Presbyterian Church.
Charles W. Lynch
Property Consultant
Charles “Charlie” Lynch is from Winston-Salem, NC. Charlie received a BS in Marketing from Wake Forest University (2017). He is an Eagle Scout and enjoys being outdoors. Charlie is a member of the Greater Charlotte Golf Association, where he serves on the board of directors as treasurer.
Scott D. Clawson
Property Consultant
Scott Clawson, was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and has worked for A&L Services since March of 2022. Scott has a BS in General Engineering from Clemson University (2020). He is a long-time member and worship leader at Providence United Methodist Church and is passionate about religious philosophy. Scott studies at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, where he hopes receive an MBA in Construction Managment in 2023.
