How To Apply To Become An A&L Services Vendor
Thank you for your interest in signing on as a vendor with A&L Services! We strive to build a strong professional relationship with our vendors while providing the best prices and customer service for our clients.
Please submit all applications to: vendors@alservicesclt.com.
You will be required to upload the following documents with your application, so please have the following items completed:
-Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
-Workers Compensation Insurance Certification ($500,000 minimum)
-Completed W9
-Completed Subcontractor Agreement
-Any relevant licenses.
Once your application is received, one of our team members will be in touch to move forward with a Subcontractor Agreement.
